José Toussaint

TFH | BrainGym

Birkdale, QLD, Australia

Jose Toussaint is passionate about what makes us “tick”. We are all on a journey, whether passively or actively engaged. From birth, we may exhibit dominant left-brain characteristics or a dominant right brain. Under stress, left-brained personalities may be rigid, pigeon-holing to function; dominant right-brainers tend to airy-fairy daydreams and find it a challenge to stay focused.

Brain Gym aims to build a bridge between the brain’s hemispheres, allowing one to integrate both hemispheres and reduce stress.
